 For this Grape has 3 Fountains  Belgian Dornfelder grapes co-fermented with 1 and 2 year old lambic. Freshly squeezed and skin macerated juice and set the unfermented juice with young lambic for further fermentation in stainless steel. Then blended with 2 year old lambic from De Troch. All lambic comes from 7 different barrels and 7 different brews. The final fruit intensity is 31%
